A PATH TO PROMISE
Working Towards a Brighter Future
As a Christian Community Development organization we utilize a Positive Youth Development model in all our youth programs. Our activities are designed to be a catalyst that inspire youth and their families to reach their goals and fulfill their potential. Our programs begin at birth and support families across the lifespan of their children providing ongoing programming through high school.

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
-
Currently, in our 16th year, more than 3,000 children have received long term, supportive mentoring relationships and high quality educational supports. Each student remains in our program an average of 5 years.
-
30% of our staff are program participants who grew up and graduated from our programs and have returned to give back to the next generation.
-
Leader in Me in programming is an evidence-based, comprehensive model that builds student leadership and life skills and lays the foundation for sustained academic achievement. The Measurable Results Assessment (MRA) measure performance in these areas. MRA is a rigorously developed tool used to annually collect, analyze, and report student outcomes related to improving leadership, culture, and academics. CUP meets or exceeds our goals as measured by the MRA and sees continuous improvement in student leadership.
